Noah Kroloff has more than 20 years of senior management experience in national security and public policy.  He served at the highest levels of state Government in Arizona and more than four years as Chief of Staff of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He has worked in high-threat, high-consequence environments across the globe and knows as well as anyone that attention to detail makes all the difference when the stakes really matter. He has extensive experience in mass torts and class action litigation, where he has advised firms in the Boy Scouts of America bankruptcy, the opioid multi-district litigation, and on sexual abuse cases against the Catholic Church and the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee. Ed Gehres draws on nearly three decades of experience in litigation and regulatory strategy where he has always held himself to the highest ethical standards. In 2022, Ed founded Invenio LLP to lead legislative efforts shaping the litigation finance industry.  Prior to that, his litigation career included roles at Arnold & Porter and Patton Boggs, where he represented a multitude of plaintiffs as well as corporate defendants.  Ed is based in, and practices law in, Washington, D.C. and is also a member of the State Bar of Arizona.

Michael Pope has decades of experience in the financial sector where he has always lived by the code ‘your word is your bond.’ He was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs before being Co-Head of Litigation Finance at Jefferies. Now Michael is also the Founder and Managing Member of Cluny Advisors LLC. David Waid has over 30 years of experience in public and private data analysis and advertising campaigns. His work is first and foremost about leveling the playing field and achieving justice for individuals and families. With those goals in mind, David pioneered some of the most innovative and effective strategies for law firms to find and communicate with survivors of childhood sexual assault.
