Shawn Aiken
General Counsel
Shawn Aiken believes that hard work and integrity are two of the most important qualities an attorney can bring to their work. He was named Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers in America in 2012, 2015, 2019, and 2021 for Mediation and Arbitration, Phoenix. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and among many other honors, has made Super Lawyers’ “Top 50 Arizona” list every year since 2009. Shawn is a member of the State Bar of Arizona.
Bridie Farrell

A three-time American record-holding speed skater and Olympic trials competitor, Bridie Farrell has always been driven to excel. In 2013, she publicly disclosed the sexual abuse she suffered as a 15-year-old by a 33-year-old man who was her speedskating teammate. In her determination to end abuses of power and institutional cover-ups, Bridie has become one of the leading advocates for crime victims and harm survivors in the United States. She also founded America Loves Kids, a national not-for-profit organization dedicated to ending child sexual abuse.
Noah Kroloff
Chief Innovation Officer
Noah Kroloff has more than 20 years of senior management experience in national security and public policy. He served at the highest levels of state Government in Arizona and more than four years as Chief of Staff of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He has worked in high-threat, high-consequence environments across the globe and knows as well as anyone that attention to detail makes all the difference when the stakes really matter. He has extensive experience in mass torts and class action litigation, where he has advised firms in the Boy Scouts of America bankruptcy, the opioid multi-district litigation, and on sexual abuse cases against the Catholic Church and the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee. When it comes to protecting the rights of Americans, no one has–or will–work harder.
Eric Aiken
Deputy General Counsel
Eric Aiken has spent his entire career advocating for victims of sexual abuse, assault, harassment, exploitation, and human trafficking, first as an attorney at a nationally recognized non-profit and now at Aiken Farrell Kroloff. He takes to heart the words of Dr. Martin Luther King that “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” He is dedicated to ensuring that survivors get the justice they deserve, and that they receive the utmost respect and compassion throughout the legal process. Eric is a member of the State Bar of Arizona.
Michael Pope

Michael Pope has decades of experience in the financial sector where he has always lived by the code ‘your word is your bond.’ He was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs before being Co-Head of Litigation Finance at Jefferies. Now Michael is also the Founder and Managing Member of Cluny Advisors LLC. With his deep knowledge of the litigation financing market, Michael brings capital partners and law firms together to ensure justice for workers and families who have been victimized by negligent and harmful corporations.
Greg Harris

An attorney with more than 40 years of experience in healthcare law, administrative law, and government relations, Greg Harris believes that transparency and knowledge are the keys to keeping corporations honest and accountable. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America as an honoree in all three of his areas of expertise and has earned the highest level of peer review rating in Martindale-Hubbell, America’s leading publication on lawyers and law firms. He is also a published thought leader frequently brought in to present before government, attorney, and trade groups. Greg is a member of the State Bar of Arizona.
David Waid

David Waid has over 30 years of experience in public and private data analysis and advertising campaigns. His work is first and foremost about leveling the playing field and achieving justice for individuals and families. With those goals in mind, David pioneered some of the most innovative and effective strategies for law firms to find and communicate with survivors of childhood sexual assault. He has helped shape advertising campaigns that have changed public policy, held major corporations accountable, passed ballot measures that increased economic security and prosperity for Middle-Class families, strengthened non-profits, and elected Members of Congress, Mayors, and Governors, among many others.
