We are at the center of efforts nationwide to ensure that corporations are held accountable for wrongdoing and that there is a level playing field for individuals and families that have suffered harm.
The firm’s founders, partners, lawyers, and advocates led successful fights to change laws in Arizona, California, New Jersey, and New York to make it possible for adult survivors of child sexual assault to get justice from predators and the institutions that shielded them. And we have advised senior government leaders on critical civil justice issues such as the opioid epidemic, social media harm, and toxic “forever chemicals” like PFAS.
Our firm partner, Bridie Farrell, is a survivor of abuse who refused to give up or back down and is now one of the nation’s leading advocates for crime victims and harm survivors. She currently helps lead the fight to prevent accused rapists from shaming survivors in court and has raised awareness and spoken out on behalf of the rights of Americans across the country.
